Welcome to Texas A&M International University (TAMIU).

With more than 100 student organizations and a broad range of academic and student support services, TAMIU offers a supportive community that challenges, encourages, and inspires students at every step of their academic journey. Through various on-campus cultural and social events, Athletics, and study abroad programs, including the Reading the Globe program, students gain enriching experiences, grow personally and broaden their perspectives.

For more than 55 years, TAMIU has reached important milestones, serving as a cultural and intellectual hub for South Texas and beyond. More than 40,000 TAMIU alumni serve as leaders, professionals, educators and innovators whose work strengthen and shape communities across South Texas, the nation, and the world.
